1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak786" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of pak786.ws and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak786 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on pak786.ws.
• "Funds" means any balance held within a Player's pak786 account, denominated in USDT, BTC, or PKR equivalent where applicable.

Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance. pak786 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any point during the player relationship. Failure to comply with a KYC request within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the request is satisfied.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active pak786 account. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual (based on name, email, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or other identifiers), pak786 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances therein pending investigation.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

pak786 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Supported methods and their applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your pak786 account and are subject to change.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the pak786 cashier and vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits start from PKR 500 .
• USDT and Bitcoin deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations. pak786 is not liable for delays caused by network congestion.

Withdrawals:

• USDT withdrawals on verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed same-day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• pak786 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal that triggers an internal compliance review. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pak786 cashier and may be updated at any time.
• pak786 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, blockchain network fees for USDT and BTC transactions are borne by the Player.

Cryptocurrency Acknowledgement:

Players who deposit or withdraw using USDT or Bitcoin acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrency can fluctuate significantly. pak786 processes crypto transactions at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing. pak786 bears no responsibility for any gains or losses attributable to cryptocurrency price movements between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pak786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and over only.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in its promotion-specific terms.
• Until the Wagering Requirement is fully met, any withdrawal request will result in the forfeiture of all active Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds.
• pak786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, employing automated betting software, or coordinating with other players — constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except as permitted by the applicable Wagering Requirement conditions.

7. Wagering Rules – Casino Games

The following rules apply to all casino game wagers placed on pak786, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, Tower, roulette, and any other casino-format game:

• All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning carried out by professional dealers in licensed studios.

8. Wagering Rules – Sports Betting

The following rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on pak786, including cricket, football, tennis, UFC, and any other Sportsbook Event:

• All odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• pak786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market has been determined, unless specific rules for the event state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. pak786 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Cricket betting on PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and other domestic tournaments is subject to the specific cricket betting rules displayed within the sportsbook section. These rules govern outcomes in cases of rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, player substitutions, and match delays.
• pak786 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any wager that, in its reasonable judgment, was placed in error, at an incorrect price, or as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit pricing anomalies.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day are set by pak786 and displayed within the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the applicable cap.
• Any bet placed after the official start of an event on which in-play betting is not available will be voided and the stake returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak786 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on pak786;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage;

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML monitoring, or using pak786 as a vehicle for financial crime of any kind;
• Colluding with other players, pak786 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market;
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt any part of the pak786 platform, infrastructure, or game software;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions without first contacting pak786 support. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation, and pak786 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any disputed funds.

pak786 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant financial intelligence units. Any activity suspected of constituting a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notification to the Player.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pak786 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
